It's true, the MISys Guys are back from the wilds of Las Vegas after attending the 2007 Accounting Software Consultants Conference put on by the Sleeter Group. MISys was a Gold Exhibitor at the conference and the MISys Guys were able to talk with over 500 conference attendees who consult and sell QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Accounting, Peachtree and Adagio. In addition to our busy attendance MISys SBM was selected as a Sleeter Group 2008 Awesome QuickBooks Add-on from hundreds of QuickBooks add on products.

With the recent release of MISys SBM 2.5 adding multi-currency, and bar coding, MISys SBM was a great hit at the show! If you haven't had a chance to check it out you can go to our web site at www.misysinc.com and download a free trial copy, view videos of the features and functions, or sign up for a one-on-one demo from our talented salesgroup.

Next stop for the MISys Guys is Kaula Lumpur to talk with manufacturers and business partners in Asia in December.

The MISys guys, Dave and Terry, just returned from the Intuit QuickBooks user Conference in sunny San Diego. With about 600 QuickBooks Enterprise users in attendance, the MISys guys got quite a wrokout showing the latest version of MISys SBM in the MISys booth. Keynote speakers Scott Cook (founder of Intuit) and Angus Thomson (VP Mid-Market), gave very inspired speeches and visions of the QuickBooks future. Many of the QuickBooks users are manufacturers and it seemed all were looking for a better solution to their manufacturing needs while keeping their trusty QuickBooks. MISys SBM of course is designed for QuickBooks. Check it out at: www.misysinc.com. Next stop for the MISys guys is the TPAC conference in August in Vancouver. See us there!

It was a long airline slog from Woodstock, Vermont to Mountain View, California for the MSys Guys, Dave Brown, Bob MacEwen and Terry Merrill, but we managed to get ourselves there despite the weather. We were anxious to show the folks at Intuit (the crafty QuickBooks makers) that MISys Small Business Manufacturing has Level 2 up and running. For those following our course of action, Level 2 includes Manufacturing Orders, Master Production Scheduling and Material Requirements Planning. Everyone seemed to be excited as we trotted out the new features and functionality. If you are a MISys SBM user or using our MISys SAE product for Sage Accpac ERP you'll want to check our website at www.misyssbm.com soon to see our posting and demos of the new items. From sunny California back to the deep freeze of New England the MISys Guys are back at work making sure Levels 2 is ready for general distribution next month. Stay tuned.
