MISys Small Business Manufacturing Version 2.8 Available Now! The worker bees at MISys, Inc. are pleased to announce that version 2.8 of MISys SBM was released earlier this week. All current users of MISys SBM will be notified of the available upgrade when they next log in to the product. It's true, the MISys Guys are back from the wilds of Las Vegas after attending the 2007 Accounting Software Consultants Conference put on by the Sleeter Group. MISys was a Gold Exhibitor at the conference and the MISys Guys were able to talk with over 500 conference attendees who consult and sell QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Accounting, Peachtree and Adagio. The MISys guys, Dave and Terry, just returned from the Intuit QuickBooks user Conference in sunny San Diego. With about 600 QuickBooks Enterprise users in attendance, the MISys guys got quite a wrokout showing the latest version of MISys SBM in the MISys booth. Keynote speakers Scott Cook (founder of Intuit) and Angus Thomson (VP Mid-Market), gave very inspired speeches and visions of the QuickBooks future. Many of the QuickBooks users are manufacturers and it seemed all were looking for a better solution to their manufacturing needs while keeping their trusty QuickBooks.
