Follow Up, Follow Through

As with training someone to do a task, the training is not complete until the trainee can perform on his/her own. So is the completion of a transaction such as software licensing. The service isn’t complete until the end user has been provided with everything needed to achieve the return on investment that is expected. What we offer includes training, consulting services and priority support.

At MISys, our Customer Service Staff stays in continual contact with users until the conversion is complete. We follow up at regular intervals to check status of the conversion and offer whatever services we have available to help maximize the users’ return on investment.
